The afternoon begins with a calming primordial sound mantra meditation, where Chantelle will guide you through grounding techniques that promote self-awareness and connection to your higher self. This practice is designed to help you release stress and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace.
Afterward, we’ll shift into mindful coloring, a fun and proven way to reduce stress while expressing your creativity. Whether you bring your own coloring book or choose one provided, this activity invites you to fully immerse yourself in the present moment. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity to chat and bond with others in the group!
