Manifestations and Meditation | 2020 Vision Board Workshop
Join Chantelle Miller at Bala Yoga for a 2-hour workshop creating vision boards with intentions and learn how to manifest your goals into action.
January 1, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
In this workshop, each participant will be given a notebook and set free to create a mini vision board on the cover of our notebooks with a variety of magazine images. This is a great way to build community with the people around you, bring your friends or make new ones.
We will spend time writing out intentions in your notebooks, cultivating the life of your dreams and setting goals to achieve them. This class is intended to manifest your goals, set intentions for yourself and reset your mindset.
The class will conclude with a guided meditation to help identify your goals and where to focus your energy through meditation.
What to bring: Yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothes to sit on the floor the entire time. Mats are available for your use if you do not have one. We will provide a variety of magazines but feel free to bring your own to use for your creativity.
Ticket price includes all vision board materials (notebooks, magazines, scissors, glue sticks, etc.). And enjoy light refreshments and beverages.
