It was born out of life’s challenges, moments of overwhelm, and a deep desire to live with more intention.
I know how busy life can get, but every woman deserves a moment to pause, reflect, and rediscover her strength. You’re not alone on this journey. This is your invitation to slow down, let go of what no longer serves you, and begin creating a life that feels aligned, grounded, and truly yours.
My Diagnosis Changed Everything…
Seven years ago, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with Familial Hypercholesterolemia (FH), a life-threatening genetic condition that causes dangerously high cholesterol and can lead to heart disease, heart attacks, or strokes if untreated.
This diagnosis was my wake-up call. It forced me to slow down, live intentionally, and realign with what truly matters. There are no visible symptoms until something serious happens, and I often hear, “But you eat healthy and exercise!” It is a reminder that some journeys are invisible to others, but they are no less real.
Through this experience, I learned to honor my body and my path, even when others didn’t fully understand. This pivotal moment became the foundation for Cultivating Balance and taught me that while life may push us off course, we always have the power to realign.
As an advocate with the Family Heart Foundation and the American Heart Association, I’m dedicated to empowering others to take control of their health, trust their voice, and fight for the care they deserve. Perfect health may not exist, but there is incredible power in showing up for yourself, mentally, physically, and emotionally every single day.
Creating Space To Find Balance
Balance isn’t about perfection. It’s about learning to realign when life feels overwhelming or uncertain. Through transformative workshops, I combine mindfulness, personal growth, and meditation to help women pause, reflect, and reset.
As a certified Ayurveda Wellness Coach and Chopra Meditation Teacher, I’ve discovered the power of nurturing well-being with intention and staying grounded during life’s transitions. By creating space for yourself, whether through rest, reflection, or simply breathing deeply—you can rediscover the clarity and strength to move forward with purpose.
It all begins with a single moment: a deep breath, a pause, and a reminder to honor exactly where you are.
What Inspires Me
My love for life’s beauty goes far beyond teaching mindfulness and balance. I’m a passionate flower photographer, drawn to nature’s quiet details and the art of being fully present. Traveling with my husband to wildlife destinations around the world has become one of my greatest joys.
I’ve been lucky enough to see elephants roam freely in the wild and flower fields that look like they are out of a dream. These moments remind me to slow down, embrace simplicity, and reconnect with what truly matters. They are constant reminders of why I left the corporate world: to live intentionally, find wonder in the everyday, and guide other women to do the same.
